We invest our own capital, so we are long-term oriented and do not have the artificial timing or structural constraints that an institutional fund would.

BASE Equity Partners was founded in 2013 by Ben Schneider and Anthony Ekmekjian.

We built BASE to help founder-led and family-owned businesses achieve their full potential, utilizing the experiences and networks we’ve built during the course of our careers. We believe in fully aligning interests, economics, and culture with our investment partners to drive long-term growth.

We are a team of experienced operating executives and investors, along with a network of industry experts. Our goal is to bring "big market" insights and connections to smaller private companies, and provide a new, secure home base when these companies are undergoing transformations.
